Careers

Build systems that go into production.

Not prototypes, not proofs of concept. Systems that a government entity depends on and an auditor will examine.

Working here

The constraint is the interesting part.

Building artificial intelligence with no governance requirement is comparatively easy. Building it so a risk officer signs it off, an auditor can reconstruct it, and a civil servant can defend it — that is the harder and more interesting problem.

You will work on real operations inside real institutions, in-country, with the whole lifecycle in view: mapping the work, designing the permission model, building, auditing, and training the person who takes it over.

You will also be told directly when something should not be built. We turn down work that requires opaque scoring or unattended consequential decisions, and we would rather lose an engagement than ship one.

Where we are hiring

Open disciplines.

Send a curriculum vitae and, where relevant, work you can show, to ai@taaeen.ae with the discipline in the subject line.

Applied artificial intelligence engineering

Engineers who can take a mapped process and build an agent system against it, with gates, logging and rollback designed in from the start.

Solutions architecture

Architects comfortable integrating with the platforms government and enterprise actually run, and honest about what will not integrate.

Process analysis

Analysts who can sit with a team, map the work as it is genuinely performed, and produce a decomposition a client will recognise as true.

Governance and assurance

Specialists in artificial intelligence governance, information security and audit readiness, particularly with public-sector experience.

Enablement and facilitation

Bilingual facilitators who can train a civil service cohort on their own systems, in the language they work in.
